Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please review the following policies before making your reservation.

Hotel Direct Reservations

No payment is required to guarantee a direct reservation.

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date.

Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of arrival or no-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.

Third-Party Reservations

Reservations made through Booking.com, Expedia, Priceline, Airbnb, or other online travel agencies are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the booking platform.

Hotel International cannot modify, cancel, or refund third-party reservations. Please contact the company you booked through for assistance.

Reservation Changes

Reservation changes are subject to room availability and current room rates.

Early Departure

Guests who choose to depart before their scheduled check-out date are not eligible for a refund for unused nights.

Security Deposit

A $100 refundable security deposit is required at check-in on a major credit card only.

If no damage or policy violations are found after inspection, the deposit will be released following check-out. Processing time depends on your financial institution.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
